The Wicker Room
The Wicker Room, is located on the second floor and has a private bath. Decorated with wicker and soft pastels, the room is warm and bright. It is very comfortable for two people with a queen bed, and is one of our most popular rooms.

The East Room
The East Room is located on the second floor toward the front of the house and has been done in earth tones. This room has a queen bed, private bath,a love seat, a dresser and a large closet. Although ideal for two people it will accommodate an extra person with a roll out bed that we can make available.

The Jordan Room
The Jordan Room located on the second floor, is a very comfortable room with a blue & white theme. It has a queen bed and private bath with a clawfoot tub and separate shower. Our guests are always delighted to see the unique layout of the bathroom.

The Swedish Room
The Swedish Room, on the third floor, is a charming space, decorated in a "Swedish" motif. This room is perfect for a family as it has a queen and a twin bed and a private bath.

The Skylight Room

Martha's Room

Carriage House
The Carriage House is a ground floor room.  It has 2 queen beds, private bath and a small kitchenette. This room will easily accomodate a small family or 2 couples.

Veranda Suite
Our newest room at the Ipswich Inn, perfect for a special get-away, anniversary, or start to your honeymoon. The Veranda Suite is our 2 room, ground floor suite. It is beautifully decorated in soothing blue and green pastels and boasts a king bed and a comfortable pullout queen sofa. Enjoy the sitting area which has a 32: flat screen TV, library, fireplace and wet bar. The large bath has a clawfoot tub and separate shower.
